 Fellow American, To say that I am living the American Dream is an understatement. I'm Kevin Lincoln – a conservative Republican, the current Mayor of Stockton, California, a Marine Corps veteran, the grandson of immigrants, and I'm proud to announce to you today that I am running to represent California’s 9th District in the United States Congress. This seat is currently held by out-of-touch liberal Josh Harder, and it’s one of our BEST opportunities in the whole country to defeat a Democrat incumbent, flip a seat, and expand our House majority. Republicans’ thin majority simply is not large enough to ensure we can stand strong against Biden’s destructive agenda and deliver results for the American people. I need your help to flip this top-target seat so we can. Will you help me defeat Josh Harder, flip CA-9, and get our country back on track by joining my team as a week one donor? Service and faith have always played a major role in my life. My Mexican grandfather came to California in search of opportunity. He settled here in Stockton, raised a family, and became a United States citizen. He instilled in me a sense of pride in my community, my heritage, and my country. That pride still lives in me today, and that's what's called me to serve. I joined the United States Marine Corps in 2001. I became a military police officer and was recruited by the White House Military Office to serve the President of the United States on Marine One. I was proud to serve my nation in such an important role.  Now, I'm proud to serve as the Mayor of my hometown of Stockton. I got to work on day one in office, and we've put our city back on track. Let me tell you, fellow American, Stockton's making a comeback. The heart of our community is beating again. I'm proud of my record of service, and I’m running for Congress to continue that service. My district and our nation need a servant leader, not a left-wing politician whose votes for out of control spending and job killing policies are making it harder for families just to get by. Will you send a local Mayor and Marine to fight for your country in Congress by becoming a week one donor to my campaign? Washington is broken. Petty partisan politics are making it harder for Americans to get ahead. Our communities are working hard to make things better, but they are still struggling because of Washington's neglect. My opponent, Josh Harder, votes lockstep with the Democrats and against the values of our district. A whopping 95% of the time he’s put Joe Biden ahead of our community. We need representatives that will address our country's challenges as we’ve done in Stockton. We’re going to fight inflation and lower costs, support economic policies that create jobs not joblessness, strengthen our schools by empowering parents, defend our farms and our farmers, protect seniors, honor our veterans, and support our law enforcement. I say “we” not “me” because this is bigger than just one man, fellow American. Now that I've shared my story and my plan with you, I'm asking you to help me launch my campaign for Congress with a week one contribution of $5 or $10 today.
