John,

I couldn't wait to tell you about our most recent victories.

Thanks in part to our investigations, Ohio passed long-awaited school choice legislation < [link removed] > , much to the dismay of those who love to dictate how parents should raise their own kids. Rest assured, this win will surely leave a sour taste in their mouths, and delight families that will now have access to better educational options.

The icing on the cake is that following our investigation in Indiana, their Martinsville ISD sued AIM for defamation -- and essentially, they dismissed their own case < [link removed] > . I'll say it again: These people spent tax dollars filing a frivolous lawsuit and then dismissed it themselves! Read more about that here < [link removed] > .

The success of our work won't soon be forgotten - and there's more work to come. Our investigators are working tirelessly to make a lasting impact in school districts across the country.

In liberty,

Adam Guillette

President
