Tomorrow, President Trump is expected to fly into California. Today, I’m asking you to stand with us in our fight to hold him accountable. Here’s why:
 
While President Trump is busy collecting campaign cash from wealthy Republican mega-donors, we’re taking him to court. Until we have a Democrat back in the White House, our nearly 70 lawsuits against Trump’s harmful decisions are holding the line.
 
Blocking his wasteful wall. Saving the entire Affordable Care Act. Protecting critical environmental laws. 
 
We’re leading these fights because we must — our nation is at least 338 days away from a Democrat living in the White House. Until then, we’re challenging every illegal attack that threatens Californians, our values and resources.
 
 
As the son of hardworking immigrants, many of the President’s attacks on working families, our healthcare, and our environment aren’t abstract — they are personal. 
 
But beyond personal attacks, the President’s actions and rollbacks are plainly illegal. That’s why we’re fighting — and winning.
