Hi everyone,

I wanted to send a quick video update on the work our disaster response teams have been doing over the past few months. Since Hurricane Dorian devastated parts of the Bahamas late last year, we’ve deployed dozens of volunteers and provided direct medical services to more than 1,300 survivors.

We were also in Puerto Rico after the earthquake in January, providing lifesaving medicines and other necessities like hygiene kits and storage bags that keep medications at safe temperatures. At the same time, we knew we had to step up and support the response to the spread of a new coronavirus in China, where we have already delivered over 2 million face masks, 11,000 protective suits, and 280,000 pairs of exam gloves to public hospitals in Wuhan.

We’re on the ground helping as many people in need as we can and strengthening health care where ever we go. But there’s only one way we can effectively continue all our lifesaving work: your monthly support.
