Mississippi AG Lynn Fitch wants to be able to track patients who receive legal abortions out-of-state.
Friend,
Mississippi AG Lynn Fitch is working hard to ensure law enforcement can track the personal health data of patients who choose to travel out-of-state to receive a legal abortion.
It’s no surprise the Attorney General who helped spearhead the Dobbs case that eliminated the right to abortion access in this country now wants to even further restrict personal freedoms of patients. She represented Mississippi before the Supreme Court in that case and believes abortion bans “empower women.” And she’s even said she’s proud to have helped take away fundamental rights from millions of women and patients.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and we can't stop now – will you chip in today?
