Dear Supporters and Friends,

When I decided to run for Judge of the 457th District Court, I had to leave my political activist past behind me.

On what you can count, however, is that I will bring the same energy to my job as your 457th District Judge as I have brought to my work as a political activist. I will focus on getting rid of the backlog of civil cases, saving the taxpayers money, and reducing the cost of litigation for litigants.

Nevertheless, my accomplishments as a political activist do reflect the level of energy which I'll bring to my work as a District Judge.

I am most proud of the following accomplishments:

Cutting the Hospital District Budget by 5 million dollars in one action out of a wasteful 27 million budget. This action is one reason Catherine Dominguez with the Courier has a vendetta against me. She lost her PR job as a result when we eliminated the Community Relations Department as part of the budget cut.

I exposed Marc Davenport, Phonoscope and other corrupt relationships with county vendors and employees.

I exposed Craig Doyal's vindictive "hit list."

I exposed Craig Doyal's and Stephanne Davenport's attempt to force County HR Director Dodi Shaw out of her job and saved the independence of the HR department.

I exposed Doyal's and other government officials along with the Mo Co appraisal district who got their property taxes drastically reduced with artificially low property tax appraisals.

The board of district judges fired Phyllis Martin as county auditor after I exposed her malfeasances in 2018.

I convinced the board of district judges that they needed actively to audit county finances.

I helped author Proposition 2, the anti toll road proposition, that passed statewide in the 2018 primary election with over 90% of the vote and also successfully to get the state highway 242 tolls removed.

I chaired the Children's Hope Pac in order to defeat a CISD bond for the first time in history.in May 2019. That bond package was $807 million. In order to get the later bond package passed, the CISD reduced the second bond package by $130 million. Children's Hope PAC defeated the turf portion of the bond in November 2019 as well.

I worked to get the Mo. Co. government and the CISD to adopt their first no tax increase budgets in history.

I was the author and primary person lobbying for the JD Lambright Local Government Ethics Reform Act, which passed the Texas Legislature in May 2019 and which Governor Abbott signed into law in June 2019.

I helped to bring serious reform to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and to get our great Sheriff, Rand Henderson, on a positive track by exposing corruption within the leadership of the Sheriff's Office.

In 2016, 2017, and 2018, I fought for reform of the Montgomery County Animal Shelter, which resulted in the hiring of Charles Jackson as Director and the implementation of policies ending the euthanasia of animals to make "space" as well as many other reforms

I provided critical information to conservative activists in Montgomery County and throughout Texas through "The Golden Hammer" newspaper which I founded and for which I acted as Publisher until September, 2019.
