Over the weekend, the New York Times mapped out all of Pete Buttigieg's upcoming fundraising events. He's attending 10 in 14 days. Take a look:
You may remember another map the New York Times created showing the donors across the country who are building our movement. (Bernie donors are blue on the map.)
While Pete spends time with billionaires at a handful of closed-door fundraising events, Bernie has 1.5 million people who have made 7 million donations to fund this campaign. That is unprecedented at this point in an election.
But here is the truth:
Right now we are getting outspent in Nevada with early voting underway and the caucus just five days away. So we need a lot of donations to close the gap.
Can you add one for Bernie?
One of the fundamental questions of this election is whether lots of people contributing small amounts at a time can overcome the big money that is determined to defeat us.
