Hello,
This week, I address why we must be careful of carrying guilt and the consequences that can come because of it. Then, I talk with Robert Bryce about the zero-emissions agenda and its effects on the developing world. From the archives, I explain how to interact with people who are unpredictable with a story of my own.
Advice
Avoid Resentment And Hatred
We bear this terrible guilt, all of us. It interferes with our ability to rise up. All of that has to be sorted out. We have to distinguish between valid ethical striving to make the world a better place and immoral ambition.
We have to be very careful that we do not look at those who have perhaps put themselves together better than we have — and been successful because of it — and warp our morality because we want to tear them down since they are examples that we fall short of. It is very easy for this sort of thing to become warped by resentment and hatred.
Jordan Peterson takes a deep dive into the book of Exodus where he is joined by a roundtable of philosophers, theologists, educators, and modern-day thinkers, to educate and enlighten believers and nonbelievers alike on universal topics like faith, freedom, ethics, morality, politics, and more. There is this idea that people cannot hold two contradictory thoughts in their mind at the same time. That idea was formulated by someone who has never met a human being because you can hold about 50 contradictory thoughts in your head at the same time.

Robert Bryce gives his thoughts as we discuss the current audacity of the zero-emissions agenda, its effects on the developing world, the catastrophic problems related to wind and solar power, and the positive vision for the future we can all share, should our institutions finally drop the doomsday narrative.
