WSFA: Payday lending restriction bill fails in Senate committee

Arise executive director Robyn Hyden talked to WSFA in Montgomery about her disgust with the Senate committee’s vote against payday lending reform. “The Legislature has had multiple opportunities to act, and I’m really discouraged to see this committee not move this bill forward,” she said.
