Abe Team, when we’re battling for the very survival of democracy, voting is everything! And early voting is underway in Ohio’s special election, in which the state’s radical GOP legislature is trying to eliminate majority rule on citizen-led ballot measures. Help us spread the word and push voters to the polls to vote NO on Issue 1 before polls close on August 8th. Every single NO vote we deliver gives democracy a fighting edge. This election is crucial to protecting the rights of everyone in Ohio, and the country. 

Why do we keep stressing the stakes? Because we all want the freedom to make decisions that affect our lives. Ballot issues give citizens the freedom to make laws when politicians fail us.
