Today is Senator Murphy’s 46th birthday.

For the first time since we elected him to the Senate, he is not the youngest member of the Senate Democratic Caucus. That privilege now goes to Senator Sinema.

Tonight, he’ll be celebrating his birthday with family and friends, and we’re hoping to do something special for him before he blows out the candles.

We did this last year, and it meant a lot to him. So we’re going to do it again.
