Politico reports that progressive Arizona congressman and U.S. Senate
candidate Ruben Gallego outraised Kyrsten Sinema 2 to 1 in the 2nd
quarter.
And get this -- Sinema only raised $9,000 from donations under $200
compared to $1.7 million for Ruben. Almost all of Kyrsten Sinema's money
comes from corporate PACs.
Don't count Sinema out yet though. She still raised nearly $2 million. And
however dirty her money is, Politico reports that she has over $10 million
in the bank -- 3 times what Ruben has.
Arizona proved in 2020 and 2022 that real Democrats can win statewide, and
polls show Ruben in the lead. But Politico has one word for a 3-way race
between Gallego, Sinema, and a Republican: Unpredictable.
