Hey folks,

We're just hours away from our mid-month fundraising deadline. I wanted to take a moment to share some of the latest news in our race and why it's important we end this deadline strong and keep our fundraising on pace.

With less than four months until Election Day, this race remains tight. A Republican poll shows I'm tied with my opponent and election experts are predicting this will be the most competitive race in the entire country this year.

My opponent and his allies take this news as a sign they can defeat me and undo the progress we've made for Kentucky. That's why they're spending millions to attack me. Finishing our mid-month deadline on a strong note ensures we have the resources to fight back and pull ahead.
