LOWERING HEALTH CARE COSTS
As a part of his Bidenomics program, President Biden recently announced reforms to crack down on junk health insurance plans, protect consumers against surprise medical billing, and lower costs for American seniors and families.
These are critical steps to make sure consumers are not left with unexpected costs or left facing unfair medical debt.
INVESTING IN INFRASTRUCTURE
The Biden-Harris administration has made the largest investment in climate resilience in our nation’s history.
Projects like this ensure reliable water access, while maximizing water resources through investment in long-term infrastructure. They also help Americans navigate the impacts of drought and climate change.
LOWERING CHILD CARE COSTS FOR WORKING FAMILIES
Vice President Harris announced new measures aimed at lowering child care costs and supporting child care providers. These steps include strengthening the Child Care & Development Block Grant, which supports 1.5 million children and their families every month.
These changes would:

Cap child care copayments for working families

Improve financial stability for child care providers

Make it easier for families to access the Child Care & Development Block Grant
These proposed changes are part of President Biden’s Bidenomics agenda to lower costs and make sure that more parents can find child care when and where they need it, all while supporting our country’s child care providers.

The first $6,600/$10,000 from a person/multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Biden for President, with the first $3,300/$5,000 designated for the primary and the next $3,300/$5,000 for the general election. The next $41,300/$15,000 from a person/PAC will be allocated to the DNC. The next $510,000/$255,000 from a person/PAC will be split equally among the Democratic state parties from these states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY. Any additional funds will be allocated to the DNC, subject to applicable contribution limits.
A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting [email protected]. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections, may be spent on any activity as each committee determines in its sole discretion, and will not be earmarked for any particular candidate. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. Biden Victory Fund does not accept contributions from corporations or their PACs, unions, federal contractors, national banks, those registered as federal lobbyists or under FARA, SEC-named executives of fossil fuel companies, or foreign nationals.
