Last month, the Supreme Court ruled that businesses have the right to discriminate against LGBTQ+ Americans.

This shameful decision is a reminder that the Supreme Court is dangerously out of step with the American people and that we need to elect a Democratic majority in 2024 to protect our rights.

Don’t forget: With Democrats in the majority last year, Congress passed the Respect for Marriage Act to protect same-sex and interracial marriage. This is the type of meaningful legislation that Democrats enact. We need to retake House control next year so Seth and Democrats can continue legislating for the American people, but to do that, we need to win our next competitive race.
