President Biden and the EPA have been hard at work doing whatever they can to cut our greenhouse gas emissions and transition the country to a cleaner, pro-climate economy. The extremist far-right majority on the Supreme Court has been digging up the most far-fetched legal theories they can find in order to prevent this and deliver the decisions that their billionaire buddies want.
