My team reached out to you yesterday about our July mid-month deadline. Now, I am giving you an honest look at the update they gave me last night. This is what our fundraising has looked like since the end of last quarter.

Those are not the results I wanted to share with you today. But it’s my responsibility to be transparent with you. Our fundraising has plummeted since the end of the quarter.

If we don’t reach our goals this month, we are going to have a difficult time maintaining our momentum.

No, the sky won’t fall if we don't hit our goals this July and our movement won’t collapse. But we will have to slow down on the progress we have made thus far. And with an election cycle as crucial as this one, we don’t want to leave any stone unturned.
