[[link removed]]Dear Friend ,

The bad news : We are falling short of our World Orca Day goal.

The good news : There are still 3 hours left to help us reach our goal and have double the
impact!

We thought donations would skyrocket when we announced our World Orca Day
matching gift opportunity because endangered Southern Resident orcas desperately
need our help more than ever. But we’re falling short of our goal, and we're
running out of time to protect our orcas, our ocean systems, and our only Earth
before the clock strikes midnight.

There are only 75 Southern Resident orcas left in the world, and they don’t have much time. Please, will you make your $27 membership gift right now, before our World Orca
Day matching gift opportunity is still available, and orcas and our planet still
have time? When you make your gift now, it will be matched dollar for dollar up
to $90,000 – but only until midnight TONIGHT. We're a grassroots organization --
and we can't prepare for the hard fights ahead for orcas and our planet without
you, Friend.

If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go
through immediately:

[[link removed]]We hate having to ask, but remember what could be lost if we fall short -- it's
the reason we set such an ambitious World Orca Day goal. Already, Southern Resident orcas are struggling to survive -- grieving, starving, and at
greater risk every day. Disastrous megaprojects are threatening to completely wipe them off the face of
the planet. And cruise ships are contaminating the waters they reside in and
physically striking them -- all for the sake of profit.

Friends of the Earth exists to STOP those outcomes before they happen, prevent
existing dangers from getting any worse, and protect our planet – and we're part
of the world's largest grassroots environmental network because of it. But we
can't continue our work unless you make your gift of $27 or more to help us
raise what it takes to win -- because we're still falling dangerously short of
our World Orca Day goal, and there’s only 12 hours left before it’s over.

Please, with time running out and everything on the line, we're counting on you
to help us reach our goal before the clock strikes midnight.

The last 75 Southern Resident orcas and our Earth have never needed a friend
like you or us more: Please, before midnight tonight, give every dollar you can
in honor of World Orca Day to help Friends of the Earth continue fighting.
