This is outrageous — 13 GOP AGs have threatened legal action against Fortune 100 American companies over including diversity as an element in their hiring practices. Their effort to limit diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the workforce comes right after the conservative Supreme Court’s misguided ruling on affirmative action.

Dem AGs strongly condemn the anti-diversity, anti-business, and anti-economy letter sent by 13 GOP AGs. Some GOP AGs have become obsessed with controlling Americans — from their decision over whether to get an abortion to how their business should work. Dem AGs will continue to fight for the freedoms of American workers and their civil rights.
