After the Israeli military bombed a Palestinian refugee camp last week, killing children and blocking medical assistance to wounded people, Cori Bush called for the U.S. to stop funding these war crimes against the Palestinian people.

Anti-Palestinian group AIPAC called Cori’s remarks “pure” “hate,” attacking Cori online while dehumanizing Palestinian children.

Cori Bush leads with love for all humanity and against oppressive systems everywhere. She is a leader on human rights for all people, and that includes advocating for Palestinian human rights.

But that also makes Cori a target. Last year, AIPAC’s network of PACs poured millions of dollars into defeating progressive Congressional candidates -- particularly, strong women of color -- who dared to challenge the unjust status quo and shine a light on the Israeli government’s human rights abuses.
