This week the most extreme wing of the GOP hijacked the National Defense Authorization Act to achieve their extreme social goals.

This traditionally bipartisan bill meant to fund the U.S. military and defense priorities became a fiasco designed by the far-right to air their cultural grievances and restrict the rights and freedoms of millions of hard-working families.

Congress should be in the business of strengthening and expanding our freedoms and rights, not taking them away. 

MAGA extremists voted to gut our military and prevent women in the military from getting abortions and restrict access to healthcare.

It’s clear this far-right wing of the GOP will stop at nothing to achieve their agenda, even if it means less rights for Americans, and risking the safety, security, and wellbeing of hard-working families.
