Deborah’s Original Message:

Last month, the Supreme Court issued blow after blow to our democracy and civil rights through a series of damaging rulings.

Right-wing justices are clearly more interested in advancing extreme legal theories than upholding the values of the Constitution.

There’s no question in my mind that the Court is becoming more dangerous to our rights with each session, but I want to hear your thoughts about the direction it’s headed in. Will you fill out my SCOTUS survey today?

From limiting LGBTQ+ rights to banning affirmative action to canceling the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness program, the Supreme Court has taken every opportunity to bend to the will of the far-right.

I’m determined to take action to protect voting rights, reproductive freedom, equality, LGBTQ+ rights, and more.
