We must be honest: we are trailing behind our July fundraising goals and urgently need your support today.

The truth is summer months are tough ones for fundraising, Sharin. In our world, we call it “the summer slump,” and it’s a challenging time for us to reach fundraising goals.

We tried our best to plan around a difficult summer. Knowing we were going to have slower summer months, we set smaller fundraising budgets and goals. But, the slowdown we are experiencing this month is much more difficult than we expected.

So we are counting on you today to help us raise $2,472 before midnight tomorrow to make progress toward our mid-month fundraising goals. Will you please chip in to help us get there?
