Friends – Last year, Republicans flipped control of the House by
flipping five seats red – and they only won those five key races by a
total of 6,670 votes.

Below, we’re going to highlight two of the most vulnerable House seats we
need to keep blue and highlight two of our Democrats running against THE
most vulnerable Republicans up next year.

We’re also LAUNCHING a Joint Fundraising Agreement between these four
candidates: Dr. Kim Schrier (WA-08), Dr. Brian Williams (TX-32), Tony
Vargas (NE-2), and George Whitesides (CA-27). Every donation will be
evenly split between them at a point in the cycle when fundraising is
historically at its slowest.

[ [link removed] ]Control of the House will be decided by a handful of votes in a handful
of races. That’s why we’re asking if you’ll donate as little as $4 to
directly support our 4 Democrats running in their tough races. When
thousands of you donate, it could very well decide the outcome of these
races!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

[ Kim ]Kim Schrier Rep. Kim Schrier (WA-8) Dr. Kim Schrier is a physician that
made history as the first Democrat to win Washington’s 8th Congressional
District in history. Her race was considered one of the most competitive
and expensive House races in 2018 and key election forecasters actually
predicted she would lose last November (but because of supporters like
you, she pulled off a stunning and close victory!).

In Congress, Kim is a fearless leader on reproductive rights: She
introduced the Let Doctors Provide Reproductive Health Care Act after Roe
v. Wade was overturned to PROTECT doctors who provide legal abortion care
from criminal penalties, fines, and jail time and voted to codify Roe v.
Wade into Federal law.

In 2020 and 2022, Republicans made unseating Kim a top priority of theirs
as she represents a historically Republican-held seat. Election experts
are already considering this seat to be a “toss-up” and Republicans are
expected to once again spend millions of dollars on attack ads.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

[ Dr. ]Dr. Brian Williams Dr. Brian Williams (TX-32) - Dr. Brian Williams is a
trauma surgeon, national leader on gun violence, and Veteran running to
keep the open Democratic seat vacated by Colin Allred blue.

As a trauma surgeon, Brian has treated gun violence victims during mass
shootings and has seen first hand the impact of gun violence on our
communities. These experiences encouraged him to run for Congress so he
can serve his patients to the best of his ability outside of the operating
room.

If elected, Brian will become the first Black physician to serve as a
voting member in Congress and would be the first trauma surgeon in history
to serve in Congress. Prior to 2018, Republicans used to win this district
by over 20 points and Brian has what it takes to keep it blue.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

[ Tony ]Tony VargasTony Vargas (NE-02) – Tony Vargas is a former science
teacher who won “Teacher of the Year” and got his start in politics by
running for and winning a seat on the Omaha Public Schools Board before
winning a seat in the Nebraska State Senate.

Tony is running in a GOP-held House district that Joe Biden carried (by a
wide margin in 2020!) making this one of the best pickup opportunities for
Democrats in the country.

His opponent supports making abortion illegal even in cases of rape and
incest which is part of the reason Tony came within 6,000 votes of his GOP
opponent last year. With the right resources, Tony could win this critical
pickup for Democrats.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

[ George ]George Whitesides George Whitesides (CA-27) – George Whitesides served
as the Chief of Staff of NASA under President Barack Obama, became the
first CEO of Virgin Galactic, and co-founded an organization dedicated to
combating wildfires on the West Coast

Now he’s running against the most vulnerable Republican in Congress, Mike
Garcia, who won by just 333 votes (or 0.1% of the vote) in 2020.

President Joe Biden won this district by double digits and Mike Garcia is
one of the most out-of-touch, Far-Right Republicans in Congress. In a race
that could be decided by 0.1% of the vote, your early support could
make-or-break this race.

[ [link removed] ]Donate directly to Dr. Kim Schrier, Dr. Brian WIlliams, Tony Vargas and
George Whitesides. Control of the House could once again come down to a
couple thousand votes in a couple races. Be the reason the outcome favors
our Democrats by donating today.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation
will be immediately processed and split between 314 Action, Dr. Kim Schrier
(WA-08), Dr. Brian Williams (TX-32), Tony Vargas (NE-02), and George Whitesides
(CA-27).
