It’s simple - nobody in this country should go bankrupt just because they got sick. Kids shouldn’t be scared to go to school and more renewable energy could save the world. Our movement works so well because we’re fighting for the things that matter.

Personally, I love block walking. Having spent years as an activist, I’m most at home meeting new folks and making new friends while fighting for what’s right. This work is incredibly important, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be a good time too! We’re coming together to beat the heat AND big money.

One of the best things about fighting for our cause is that folks want to see this movement succeed. This is a movement for the people - and we’re delivering progress right to your door.

We’re having a meet and greet hosted by our team and The 99 Coalition. Come to Do Darya Kabab House on Beechnut St. at 12 PM this Sunday and help us organize a movement to change politics. Congress has stopped working for the people and I’m running to fix that.

Big money has a grasp on our representatives and it must be stopped. A quick google search will reveal millions of dollars donated through PACs and dark money to hundreds of bought and paid for politicians. Money has corrupted our politics and it’s dirtying our democracy. I’m not taking a cent of industry or lobbyist dollars because I refuse to be a part of that cycle.

So join us on Sunday. There will be great food and wonderful conversation as we prepare to make real progress in the new District 07.
