We got terrible news on Monday, friends: Donald Trump came to New Hampshire and threw his full support behind Corey Lewandowski, the man who put Trump in office, to defeat me. With CBS News reporting New Hampshire could decide Senate control, GOP outside groups have already poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into the state. They're desperate to flip New Hampshire's Senate seat and keep their majority.

Thankfully, a group of donors created an Emergency Match Fund to protect New Hampshire's seat and take back the Senate for Democrats! They are DOUBLING donations until midnight tonight - can I count on you to give $3 right now and have your gift doubled?

This all comes just days after Senate Republicans turned a blind eye to Trump's corruption, abuses of power and stunning incompetence. The only way left to hold Trump and the GOP accountable is by taking back the Senate majority for Democrats.

But our path forward is narrow - everyone from FiveThirtyEight to analysts at Roll Call is saying that Democrats cannot take back the Senate if we lose New Hampshire. We're falling short of our $45,000 goal and time is running out, so unless we take full advantage of this match before it expires at midnight, we could lose our chance to take back the Senate for Democrats:

Please friends, I need you to donate $3 or more right now - your gift will be doubled - to protect New Hampshire's Senate seat from Trump and the GOP.

Thanks for stepping up when it matters most,
