This week, America First Legal continued waging legal battles nationwide to preserve our American way of life. Recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions, striking down affirmative action and upholding religious freedom, have increased the Left’s urgency to use the courts to impose their radical open borders, “transgender,” and censorship agenda.
AFL is aggressively using the rule of law to dismantle the left’s anti-American agenda.
Our efforts have played a critical role in legal victories nationwide, underpinning many crucial lawsuits. We filed a brief in support of a Tennessee Law protecting minors from irreversible chemical castration and genital mutilation and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth District agreed with our position. We will not cease in our support of Tennessee in their righteous fight to protect children from inhumane “transgender” medical procedures.
We’re also proud to continue our legal crusade against the Biden Administration’s unprecedented assault on the First Amendment. The latest front involves a new lawsuit against the Department of State, for its role in concealing records involving the Biden Administration’s outsourcing of censorship to left-wing nonprofits.
