We just experienced some of the hottest average days ever recorded, all while wildfires are destroying homes, causing air pollution across the country, and communities in the northeast experience historic flooding.
The climate crisis is growing and we need to act now to save the planet.
I’m proud to have worked hard in the Senate to pass historic investments in climate action with the Inflation Reduction Act. Together, we’ve passed The Great Outdoors Act, protected Bristol Bay and ANWR, and funded the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
But there’s so much more work left to do to defend our environment and natural resources from the increasing effects of climate change.
