I survived the fire–but I won’t stop serving my country

You see, it happened in a split second, Friend — when a roadside bomb
detonated under the gas tank of my vehicle in Afghanistan.
My body was instantly engulfed in flames.
The pain was unimaginable.
I thought my life was surely coming to an end, and I wondered how long it
would be before I drew my last breath.
But when one of my soldiers extinguished the flames on my body, I knew God had
bigger plans for me.

I stared death in the face and survived.
Friend, through the pain and years of recovery, I learned the most important
lesson: Every single day is a blessing and giving your all for your country is
a privilege and an honor.
My name is Captain Sam Brown, and I'm running for U.S. Senate because I
believe with all my heart that the only reason I’m alive today is to serve my
country to my last breath.
It’s been less than a week since I formally announced my candidacy and I would
be truly honored if you chose to become one of my first 1,000 financial
supporters TODAY.

Democrats have been barely winning every single year for nearly a decade — and
winning in Nevada will be KEY to guaranteeing a Republican majority in the
Senate in 2024. I can’t do this without you!
