If extreme Republicans had their way, they’d draw Congressional districts in a way that benefits them and only them. They’d pick and choose their constituents to ensure they win re-election and stay in power for years to come.

That’s not how democracy works.

Our democracy functions when every single eligible voter has their voice heard and their vote counted. That way, the candidates who most accurately represent the values of the community are the ones elected. The far-right GOP in North Carolina don’t believe in this, and they are actively working to solidify unfair maps for personal gain.
