John! With the Delaware State Legislature concluding its 2023 legislative session, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible achievements made possible by your support. This year, Delaware Democrats worked hard out more money in the pockets of everyday folks and protect the rights we hold dear. Together, we passed bills to: -
Legalize recreational marijuana use (HB1 and HB2)
- Give Tenants the Right to Counsel (SS1 for SB1)
- Ban Polystyrene and Single-service Plastics (SB51)
- Enact the Delaware Climate Change Solutions Act of 2023 (HB99)

- Require insurance policies to cover EpiPens (HB54)
