Team — Scott Walker, the former Republican Governor of Wisconsin, recently said he wants nothing more than to defeat Tammy in 2024.

He doesn’t want to run against her though — no surprise given that Wisconsin voters sent him packing in 2018. Walker finally got the boot after eight years of rewarding wealthy donors and special interests while leaving hardworking Wisconsinites behind. Turns out, Wisconsinites didn’t want to re-elect someone who put his own political ambitions above what’s best for our state.

Unlike Walker, Tammy has delivered results for working families in Wisconsin from expanding access to affordable health care to protecting marriage equality. She’s in this fight for the people, not the special interests.

But this is going to be a tough race, and Walker will prop up whoever the Republicans nominate. If our opponent is anything like Walker, they’ll be a threat to abortion rights, voting rights, and workers’ rights.
