This week, we’re taking action across the country to make our message clear: Trump is constitutionally disqualified from holding public office and must be barred from the ballot under the Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause.

Trump is actively campaigning to return to the White House in 2024. By inciting the violent January 6th insurrection in an effort to overturn the 2020 election, he violated his oath of office and made himself ineligible for re-election under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. We need as many people as possible making it clear that he must be held accountable.

From California to Georgia, people are taking action across the country to urge their Secretaries of State to bar Trump from the ballot due to his ineligibility. Events include rallies outside offices for Secretaries of State and other election officials, as well as banner drops for added visibility. The effort recently gained national press attention.
