The ground game. Door-knocking. Canvassing. Phone banking. Sometimes these crucial efforts get overlooked in the chaos of social media campaigning and attack advertisements flooding the airwaves. But the ground game is how elections are won or lost.

And after this troubling headline we saw a couple weeks ago: “Trump tops Biden for first time in Morning Consult poll”, we figured it was as good a time as any to remind you that now is the time to invest in the ground game in Virginia.

The good news is, Mark is already on the job, spending his free time traveling throughout Virginia to elect Democrats statewide. But truthfully, that headline put our team a little on edge. We need to step up our ground game today to ensure that not just the General Assembly and the Senate stay blue, but that the White House does too.
