Friend, Dangerous loopholes have allowed polluters to dump toxic waste called coal ash without oversight—overwhelmingly in Black, Brown, and low-income communities—until now.
Fortunately, EPA is currently taking comments on a proposed rule to monitor and clean up these toxic coal ash facilities—but the proposal still leaves some coal ash dumps unregulated. We cannot let EPA take half-measures on a rule that could protect millions of lives.
