MID-YEAR IMPACT REPORT
Dear John,
With gratitude, I present to you our Mid-Year Impact Report. While you
follow and support many organizations, I wish to thank you for joining our
movement. You are appreciated beyond words!
Act for America has been focused on HIGH VALUE legislative targets that
will yield the greatest chance of securing our elections, constitutional
protections, national security, families, and freedoms.
SINCE JANUARY OF THIS YEAR, WE’VE PASSED NEARLY 30 BILLS IN MULTIPLE
STATES AS WELL AS IN CONGRESS.
Act for America is running 40 NATIONWIDE (FEDERAL+ ALL 50 STATES)
LEGISLATIVE CAMPAIGNS AND 25 STATE SPECIFIC CAMPAIGNS TO IMPACT POLICY.
THROUGH OUR ACT NOW CENTER, [8] OVER 124 MILLION EMAILS, PETITIONS, PHONE
CALLS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS HAVE BEEN SENT TO ELECTED OFFICIALS.

-BAN ALL VOTING MACHINES CAMPAIGN. Passed legislation in Arizona. Pending
legislation in Alabama and Texas. 5 MILLION ACTIONS in 50 states.
-BAN ZUCKERBUCKS AND PRIVATE FUNDING OF ELECTIONS CAMPAIGN. 1.4 MILLION
ACTIONS. PASSED LEGISLATION IN 27 STATES. Campaigning for Federal ‘End
Zuckerbucks Act’ bill HR 1725 and campaigning in 23 states including AK,
CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OR, RI,
VT, WA, and WY.
-VOTER ID IN EVERY STATE CAMPAIGN. 2.1 MILLION ACTIONS in 50 states.
Campaigning in 48 States and calling for passage of 51 bills in 15 states
including Idaho, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri,
Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio,
Oklahoma, and Texas.
-BALLOT HARVESTING AND TRAFFICKING CAMPAIGN: 1 MILLION ACTIONS in 50
states. HELPED PASS LEGISLATION IN 2 STATES.
NO ALL-MAIL VOTING LAWS! Require in-person voting for all elections.
NO AUTOMATIC VOTER REGISTRATION LAWS! Require eligible voters to register,
proving intent to vote, and prevent stolen votes.
STRICT ‘ABSENTEE BALLOT’ SECURITY POLICIES! maintain strict absentee
ballot requirements.
NO BALLOT HARVESTING AND TRAFFICKING! Maintain strict prohibitions.
SECURE BALLOT DROP BOXES in government secured buildings accessible to the
public during business hours, under 24-hour video surveillance.
-BAN RANK CHOICE VOTING: NEARLY 900K ACTIONS in 50 states. STRICTLY
PROHIBIT RANK CHOICE VOTING AT THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVEL AND REPEAL LAWS
ALLOWING RCV AT STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS.
STAND WITH US WITH A DONATION OF $35, $50, $75, OR $100 SO, TOGETHER, WE

-PROTECT PARENTAL RIGHTS IN EDUCATION: 22.5 MILLION ACTIONS federally and

including Arizona HB2161, HB2439, Florida HB1557, HB1467, Georgia HB1178,
and Louisiana HB369.
Campaigning in the remaining 46 states and calling for passage of pending
legislation in 24 states including: ARIZONA, ARKANSAS, HAWAII, INDIANA,
IOWA, MASSACHUSETTS, MINNESOTA, MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, MONTANA,
NEBRASKA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW JERSEY, NORTH CAROLINA, OHIO,
OKLAHOMA, PENNSYLVANIA, RHODE ISLAND, SOUTH CAROLINA, TEXAS, VIRGINIA,
WASHINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA, AND WYOMING.
-SECURE OUR SCHOOLS: 19.5 MILLION ACTIONS federally and in 50 states. US
School Security Enhancement Act, STOP II Act Secure Every School, and
Protect our Nations Children Act.
-DEFUND AND EXIT THE WHO: 8.3 MILLION ACTIONS federally and in 50 states.
Calling on Congress to Immediately Withdraw and Defund the WHO!
-NO CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY: NEARLY 1 MILLION ACTIONS in 49 states in
just a months’ time
-STOP THE BORDER INVASION: 6.2 MILLION ACTIONS federally and in 50 states.
- DECLARE ANTIFA DOMESTIC TERRORIST ORGANIZATION: 1,157,894 MILLION
ACTIONS.
-HOLD 51 INTEL AGENTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR LIES: 1,234,982 MILLION
ACTIONS. We are calling on Congress to revoke all security clearances and
CHARGE THEM FOR MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS!

reach our goal for a massive, united, ‘Every County’ movement prior to
2024 election season.
