The Chinese-based “social media” platform known as TikTok is a façade from a very serious foreign intelligence-gathering threat that is in actuality – based on the evidence in Tim’s letter to AG Garland – no more than a sophisticated spy apparatus aimed directly at unsuspecting American citizens!

After reviewing the testimony of TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew offered before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce to discuss the “data-security practices of TikTok”, Congressman Tim Walberg has led 12 of his colleagues in detailing a letter of “compelling evidence” that CEO Chew provided false testimony.

“It has come to light, through a Forbes report on May 30, 2023, that TikTok collected sensitive data, such as Social Security numbers and tax identification numbers, from numerous TikTok users and businesses.
