We've scored a *major* victory in Lubbock, Texas

A few days ago, we showed you what Moms for Liberty had planned for Lubbock, Texas — a book banning training planned for tomorrow night so their extremist supporters could better attack school libraries and public libraries to ban books.

Today, we have great news: we've gotten their event KICKED OUT from 2 separate locations, and counting. And we're not backing down until this event is flat out canceled!

We couldn't be this effective in the fight against groups like Moms for Liberty without all of us, working together.

And victories like the ones we're scoring in Lubbock Country this week make it pretty clear that no one is better equipped to push back against their rhetoric and lies than we are.

As you may know — last week, the extremist parenting group, Moms for Liberty, hosted their first national symposium, a veritable circus full of hatred, bigotry, and lies.

So we announced our newest challenge: recruiting 1,403 new donors to Mothers Against Greg Abbott to fund our ad, "Thoughts and Prayers" and to fight back for parents everywhere.

Why? Because MAGA parenting groups like Moms for Liberty are flat-out dangerous and their lies must be stopped.

We're pushing back — whether that's nationally, or block-by-block here in Texas. Moms for Liberty in Lubbock Country, Texas just announced that they'll be training supporters this week to get books banned from the Lubbock Public Library (👇👇👇 see their flyer).

This Thursday, Moms for Liberty is coming to Lubbock County, right here in Texas. We're rallying our supporters to fight back!

So we're asking all of our supporters to show up at this so-called "training" to show everyone that real moms don't fear books, they fight to protect them.

Moms for Liberty may call themselves a “parent’s rights group,” but the Southern Poverty Law Center calls them an “anti-government extremist” group. We know that these “moms” pose a serious threat — to school safety measures, our local school boards and libraries, and to American public education.

We know how to push back against dangerous misinformation. Texas parents in our movement have been at the front lines of this since the beginning — and we've never backed down from fighting against Moms for Liberty. Our movement knows exactly how to fight back, and how to combat their lies and misinformation.

We do it with the truth. Absolute, unrelenting truth. The truth about what our kids need; the truth about how failed policies and failed leadership are putting our families at risk; and the truth about groups like Moms for Liberty.

Our public issue campaigns reached over 57 million Americans last year through And our audience has only grown since then. We have a megaphone to counteract the lies. If we can come tougher to act.
