Friend, this Friday we’re facing our first fundraising deadline of the election year—the year that Kentuckians will actually walk into voting booths across our 120 counties, pull the curtains, and decide whether Mitch McConnell will serve a seventh term.

Kentuckians deserve to know that every one of our votes is counted and that our elections are free and fair. But Mitch McConnell isn’t doing nearly enough to ensure our voices are heard. In fact, he’s blocking bipartisan election security legislation passed by the House that could protect us from foreign interference and neutralize the kind of bot-driven misinformation that followed Andy Beshear’s win last November.

We deserve leaders who’ll fight for our democracy, no matter their party—Amy will be that leader. Before our January fundraising deadline, will you chip in to help build a grassroots campaign that can win?

We can’t explain why Mitch opposes comprehensive measures to safeguard voting and protect every election database and polling station from meddling, but we do know that he’s spent his entire career putting his party and his personal power over what’s best for the people of Kentucky.

And team, that won’t change until we send him home.

Make a donation before our first deadline of the election year, and let’s elect a leader who’ll get our democracy back on course.

Thank you,
Sannie
