In just the last few years, we’ve seen an extreme and partisan Supreme Court overturn decades of legal precedent — stripping away rights and freedoms from millions of Americans.

The Supreme Court is supposed to be a fair, just, and impartial judicial body. But today’s SCOTUS is anything BUT that.

Their partisan, extreme, and reactionary rulings have deep, personal, and heartbreaking implications for so many people.

Across the country, women have been deprived of their fundamental right to have an abortion. Colleges will be unable to diversify their classes and provide equal opportunity for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. And young people counting on student debt forgiveness are now grappling with upcoming payments.

John, in Congress, I have already sponsored legislation to expand the Supreme Court. In the Senate, I’ll be fighting tooth and nail to make sure it gets passed.

Can you take a few moments to tell me your thoughts about the Supreme Court and what steps you think we should take to restore balance and a code of ethics?
