For the 27th consecutive month, illegal border crossings surged
past 150,000 in May. And these numbers only account for what we
know - just imagine how many illegal immigrants cross through
undetected!

Each and every day, drug smugglers, sex traffickers, and
terrorists infiltrate our country, seeking to harm our families
and communities. According to Biden's very own CDC, fentanyl
overdoses have killed more people aged 18 to 45 since 2020 than
COVID, car accidents, and even suicides. Yet the Biden
administration says and does nothing.

"It's almost like the federal government is participating in
organized crime," says Attorney General Paxton. "And the reality
is a lot of Americans are dead because of it."

deployed the Texas National Guard and DPS troopers to assist
border patrol agents, authorized the construction of a border
wall, and most recently, placed a floating barrier in the Rio
