Updated Elevation Certificate Released

FEMA released new Elevation and Dry Floodproofing Certificate forms on July 7, 2023. Any form completed and signed as of July 7, 2023 must be on the updated form as there is no grace period for using the previous versions.

You can download the updated forms from NeDNR's?Digital Desk [ [link removed] ] Reference [ [link removed] ] under the heading? "Permits and Certificates." Please share these forms with Land Surveyors, Engineers, and Architects in your area that complete Elevation and Floodproofing Certificates and watch for virtual training opportunities coming soon!?

You can also access the updated" fillable" forms from the FEMA website *HERE* [ [link removed] ]. To open the Elevation Certificate pdf, first right click the link and select ?save link as? to save the file to your desktop. Then double click the icon on your desktop to open the file locally.?
