It’s Oliver, Alexandria’s new Campaign Manager. Like a lot of people, I
was inspired by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s incredible win in 2018 when she
took on the political establishment.

Since then, she’s been one of the strongest voices in Washington for
racial, social, economic, and environmental justice. I’d be lying to you
if I said it was an easy fight but as Alexandria once said, “Hope is not
something that you have. Hope is something that you create, with your
actions.”

We are up against a lot at this moment: We’re seeing climate change impact
our daily lives, the cost of housing continuing to rise, a radical Supreme
Court striking down student loan cancellation and basic freedoms, and the
list goes on.

* We organize year-round. As an organizer herself, Alexandria is

an election year. In the past two weeks alone, Team AOC supported a
rally at the Supreme Court in response to the student debt ruling,
stopped by a practice picket line with the Teamsters in Queens, and
fundraised for New York abortion access organizations.

Alexandria gets constant attacks from MAGA Republicans. We know
