Three months ago, I announced that I was running for Congress in AZ-01. In just a few months, our campaign has grown so much, and I’m so thankful for everyone who has supported us, whether it’s through kind words or a small-dollar contribution.

While Republicans like David Schweikert may boast about how much money they’ve managed to raise, what they won’t tell you is that a bulk of those contributions are coming from corporate PACs and special interest groups. So while the numbers they’re reporting may seem large and intimidating, they actually show just how shady and corrupt they truly are.
Our campaign, however, is completely grassroots. In fact, we’ve received over 1,100 individual contributions during our first fundraising quarter, which shows that we’re truly a people-powered movement.
I refuse to take any money from corporate PACs because this campaign is about the people in our community, not corporations or special interests, and I’m proud to only be funded by everyday folks just like you.
