The Supreme Court is delivering victory after victory for the Constitution and
the American people, ruling that:

* President Biden’s $700 billion student loan bailout is illegal.
* The use of affirmative action in college admissions is discriminatory.
* Forcing businesses to go against their religious beliefs violates the First
Amendment.
These are big wins that are good for the country—but not everyone is
celebrating...

Radical Democrats are once again pushing to pack and expand the Supreme Court.
When the left doesn’t get their way, they want to bend the rules and advance
their leftist agenda on the American people.



That’s why I co-led the effort in the last Congress to advance a
Constitutional Amendment that would keep 9 justices on the Supreme Court
permanently.I’m also an original co-sponsor of H.J.Res. 8, the same “Keep Nine”
amendment, in the current Congress.
