Thank you for making your voice heard on the new GOP budget proposal. Just as we’ve heard time and again from President Biden, “Don’t tell me what you value. Show me your budget, and I’ll tell you what you value.”

Well, the GOP has shown exactly what they value — the well-being of their wealthy benefactors at the expense of the American people.

At a time when working families are facing rising costs, the GOP is comfortable pushing our debt to the brink of default, while also proposing a tax bill that would make permanent Trump-era tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy and GOP-friendly corporations.

Let me be very clear John, I will continue to work as hard as I can to fend off attacks from the far-right in Congress. But if we don’t match that same energy on the campaign trail — we could be facing another two years of GOP leadership.
