The Supreme Court just delivered a shocking blow to Planned Parenthood.

It's a case that's not getting nearly the attention it deserves. The high Court struck down an appellate court decision that was blocking a state from defunding Planned Parenthood through Medicaid.

Now the case is being sent back down for a "do-over" in the appellate court. We filed at the Supreme Court, and the Court agreed with our argument that the bad precedent should be struck down. So now we are preparing to file in the appellate court.

It is TIME TO DEFUND Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood took $670.4 million in taxpayer funding last year as it committed over 374,000 abortions – that's nearly $2,000 for every baby killed.

It's evil, and it must be stopped. In fact, the reason this state has been trying to defund the abortion giant is because Planned Parenthood was caught selling the body parts of aborted babies. Now we're taking that related case to the Supreme Court. We are fighting at every level to defund Planned Parenthood and defeat abortion.
