I need you to read these exchanges, John.

“Cannot stress the degree to which this needs to be resolved immediately. Please remove this account immediately.”

“We want to make sure YouTube has a handle on vaccine hesitancy and is working toward making the problem better. Noted that vaccine hesitancy was a concern. That is shared by the highest (‘and I mean the highest’) levels of the White House.”

“Not to sound like a broken record, but how much content is being demoted, and how effective are you at mitigating reach and how quickly?”

“Hey folks, wanted to flag the below tweet and am wondering if we can get moving on the process of having it removed. ASAP”

These are all messages White House officials sent to Big Tech employees that have now come to light because of the Missouri v. Biden case making national headlines – and I needed you to see this with your own eyes.

The collusion between Big Tech Big Government runs even deeper than we previously knew – and we need your help to put an end to it once for all.

Will you give a generous, tax-deductible donation of $35 or more to the Center for American Liberty today, and help us protect free speech from Big Government?

As you may know, we’re suing Twitter and the California Secretary of State’s office on behalf of Rogan O’Handley.

The bad news is that the collusion is even worse than we knew when we filed Rogan’s case.

But the good news is that a federal judge recognized these threats to our free speech and enjoined numerous federal agencies from colluding with social media platforms to censor Americans’ speech.

This is huge.

This federal judge even cited our lawsuit, O’Handley v. Weber, where we are suing Twitter and the California Secretary of State’s office over a factually similar circumstance.

The momentum is on our side, John — and we need to take full advantage.

Will you make a generous, one-time donation of $35 or more right away as we prepare our case for the Supreme Court?

As you may have heard, in Rogan's case we recently filed a petition for certiorari at the Supreme Court of the United States.

This is the perfect time for the Court to hear Rogan’s case challenging Big Government and Big Tech’s collusion to censor conservatives online.

And while Judge Doughty’s decision is only a preliminary injunction, it’s one of the strongest signals we’ve seen in favor of free speech.

This is an incredible step in the right direction, and what I hope will be one of many victories for First Amendment rights.

Sincerely,

Harmeet K. Dhillon
