The Republican Party of Navarro County will hold its next County Executive Committee Meeting on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 6:30 pm at Republican Headquarters located at 111-B West Third Avenue in downtown Corsicana.

Scott Gilfillan, U.S. Congressional District 6 Director, will speak upon the current 118th Congress, important bills passed.

Please join us for a social from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., honoring our local elected officials.

It takes people to hold free elections.

If you are interested in becoming an Election Judge or Election Clerk for 2023 - 2024 election cycle, please call the Republican Headquarters (903) 872-6287 or E-mail [email protected]. It is a paid position at $ 12 per hour. Training is required to work elections (3 hours typically held a week or two before Early Voting begins) which you would also be paid for. You must be a registered voter in Navarro County (ask about the student election worker program).

I must submit our Republican election workers names and phone numbers to the Navarro County Elections Office in a few weeks for approval by the County Commissioners.

We have several vacancies so we must be represented, especially at our own Republican boxes. We must have our people in place for election integrity, because the other side will have theirs.


It was only one year ago that the tragedy in Uvalde TX occurred. Let's never forget the lives lost and never let it happen again.

GoingBallistic.org raises money to provide rifle resistant ballistic shields to first responders. They need your support to better protect our communities. Going Ballistic has already given their first shield to the Freestone County Sheriff's department.

Join the Going Ballistic Bash event July 15 at 5:00 pm at the home of Jeff & Donna Carter on Richland Chambers Lake for some inspiration, food, and fun -- all for a good cause. Special guest speaker will be Lt. Col. Allen Wast (retired) and music by Rick Huckaby.
