Greta Thunberg is just 17 years old but understands something many others who are far older can’t seem to fathom. Just about every time she speaks, she makes the point that the politics needed to deal with the climate crisis does not exist.

Greta is right, of course. And it’s not just global overheating where politics as usual fails us. This is the point of the very first post on our new Revolutionizing Wisconsin blog.

The kind of politics needed to solve the biggest problems we face does not exist. It needs to be created. Nobody is going to do it for us. We have to do it ourselves. That’s where Our Wisconsin Revolution comes in… working to supply what’s missing in today’s politics. We need a hand with the work.
